Account Management

RBC can receive and pay all project bills. This service allows a builder owner or
home owner to utilize RBC trade accounts to purchase materials for your project.
This service may allow additional trade discounts and expedite quicker delivery of
your materials.

A complete weekly accounting of all bills will be sent out. Accounts are due net in 15 days after invoicing.

Fee for this service is 7% of invoice total.

Consulting Service

RBC offers expert advice on your construction needs.

• Review new and existing ideas on your project
   

• New home introductions and review of mechanical operations
   

• Building a new home

• Pre contract consulting, cost analysis and feasibility
   

• Review of construction documents prior to and during construction
   

• Final inspections

Fee for this service is $125.00 per hr billed in 1/4 hr increments.

Project Management

The complete management and coordination of your construction project. Professionally overseeing your project and helping solve problems before they arise, whether you are a builder, owner or owner builder.

Project Inspection

The careful examination and official review of your project, encompassing both new and existing construction. This visit will be an inspection and review on a specific aspect of your project. A written report will be provided at the end of examination with recommendations to remedy any deficiencies. Reports will be fully written in a narrative form with digital photos. All reports will be faxed or e-mailed within 12 hours
to prevent construction delays.

• In progress inspection during construction for both quality assurance and performance

• Multi phase inspections   

• Final inspection: This is the final inspection of your project, prior to the closing with your builder.

Fee for this service is $150.00 per visit

Sub Contractor List

If you are building your own home your time is valuable and limited. Let us help you retain reputable contractors. These contractors are experienced in their trade,
insured and willing to work with an owner builder. RBC does not take liability for the recommended contractors, but have worked with these contractors in the past and have checked their credentials.

Fee for this service is $20.00 per trade

Maintenance Inspection

A quality inspection is a valuable tool that can save you time, money and aggravation.
It is important to identify and repair any deficiencies that may exist. By providing you with a quality maintenance inspection of the exterior of your home, this will enable
you to project budgeting and maintenance costs for the next 5 years of ownership.
The outcome will be the comfort of knowing your investment is safe and sound.

Fee for this service starts at $125.00 single story and $175.00 for two story.

Closing Services

To signify the completion of the new home we will thoroughly review all aspects with the owner, complete a punch list, and then review outstanding items with the builder. We will then compile a new owner portfolio which includes a review  of all equipment operations, warranties and monthly maintenance schedule, just to mention a few.
 

• Review home with owners, go through punch list
